  • Nicholas Vena

    Founder

    Nicholas Vena founded Pearl International with the goal of offering guidance and improvement in Quality of companies across all sectors, whether providing products or services, domestic or international. A graduate-level (MS) engineer with over fifteen years of experience in the field, Nicholas has developed expertise in several sectors, including biotech, pharma, metallurgy, process control, and general manufacture of polymers, elastomers and metals. For over six years, Nicholas managed the Qualified Suppliers List program for the Defense Logistics Agency (Department of Defense), a standardization program partially developed from the requirements outlined in ISO9001 and AS9100/AS9120. Additionally, Nicholas is an adjunct professor at Rowan University’s Department of Physics and Astronomy.

    Co-Founder, Mascot

    Pearl is a pitbull terrier-mix with over 15 years of experience in ripping apart toys, begging for food, and taking her caretakers on extremely long walks. While she has no active role within our company, our team works to support the lavish lifestyle to which she is accustomed. Her hobbies include swimming, eating grass, and playing with puppies.
